Fans of Com2uS’s tactical fantasy RPG, Summoners War, know that after celebrating nine years of success, Com2uS has no intention of slowing down. From incredible birthday gifts for players, in-game events, and even a collaboration with Assassin’s Creed, Summoners War has provided plenty of reasons for players to return to the world they love. With their latest showcase on June 23rd for Summoners War RELOADED, they have announced a series of other major updates! Keep reading for all the latest news.
Ruang Bawah Tanah, Artefak, dan Monster!
There are numerous contents announced in the Summoners War RELOADED showcase. New players will have hours of content to discover, while returning summoners will have more than enough to keep them engaged.
Spiritual Realm, Cairos Dungeon baru, telah ditambahkan. For the existing Giant Underground Space, the Abyss Floor has been added. The Dungeon has been changed from 12 floors to 10 floors, and two new floors will be added. The Abyss floor is seasonal and does not allow many monsters. Six star runes return to the 10th floor of the dungeon, while new rune sets will only be dropped in the Abyss floor. You can dive into the Necropolis in July, the Spiritual Realm in August, the Steel Fortress in September, and the Punisher Underground Space in December.
Meet two new monsters joining the battle: Indra and Asura! Today, we are highlighting Wind Indra and Water Asura, who are just two of the ten variations joining! Wind Indra is a 5-star specializing in wind and lightning attacks that temporarily disable enemies, while Water Asura is a 4-star gradually increasing their attack power with each enemy strike. If you enjoy reading about them, know that both monsters will come in every attribute! This means you can expect to see things like Light Asura or Dark Indra as well. Dua set rune baru telah ditambahkan dengan berbagai efek dan cara untuk memengaruhi gameplay. Intangible Rune memungkinkan pemain menyelesaikan satu set rune dengan mengisi satu slot kosong, memungkinkan pemain memiliki efek penuh dari satu set rune lengkap. Com2uS has proven to be a team that not only listens to its community but also takes action based on the feedback they receive. They have heard the feedback and removed many inefficient and outdated systems that have been running on their own for the past nine years. Instead, they have improved and simplified these systems.
Experienced players will notice a rearrangement of the item acquisition area in the game – this feature simplifies the process so that players can focus on farming instead of constantly moving underground. The rune upgrade has also been simplified, allowing players to obtain nat6 runes through Rune Combination, not just farming!
However, another improvement is the updates made to their battle system. They have added additional turns and unified the conditions for attack gauges. Previously, certain battle situations would result in players gaining deferred additional turns. Now, with this enhancement, they have ensured that all skills that grant additional turns will be consistent overall. They have also revamped how the “Absorption” effect in the attack gauge is handled. Currently, if the gauge is absorbed by any percentage, it will increase by that amount regardless of the remaining attack gauge. Now, even if a monster only has ten percent of its health remaining, a player using the absorption effect to steal fifty percent of that health will still receive the full amount. Some other changes include the removal of “Crushing Hits” and attribute advantage attacks. They have also rearranged the effects of the Despair rune set with multi-hit skills!

Besides the mentioned game features, one important highlight of last weekend’s showcase was the announcement of the winners of the fanart event celebrating Summoners War’s 9th anniversary. The Grand Prize winner received a special edition art book signed by the artist behind Summoners War! Com2uS also held an extensive Q&A session with key team members who answered the most pressing questions from players. The team dedicated most of their time during the presentation to listen and respond to feedback from their fan base. It seems to be one of the reasons why Summoners War remains active.
