Peter then introduces Harry to some friends, including Mary Jane and Miles Morales, who question whether Peter will have time to “teach” (you know, be Spider-Man) now that he has a new job as a teacher.
From there, we witness Kraven the Hunter as he pursues Spider-Men around New York, and Miles confronts Mister Negative, who we know from the previous game killed his father. And then, there’s a lot of Venom, symbiotes, and negative effects that increasingly impact Peter Parker and his relationships with friends and family (which we also heard about during today’s panel). Then we hear Venom’s voice: “We will heal the world,” echoing Harry’s words from the beginning of the trailer. Is Harry Osborn becoming the host of Venom in this story?
A PlayStation blog post provides further details on this, discussing how Miles attempts to enroll in college but is too focused on being Spider-Man to complete it, and Peter lacks the funds to make Aunt May’s house payment. And as we heard in the panel, J. Jonah Jameson returns to the Daily Bugle and takes charge of MJ.
